Pizza Puffs!

Our local shopping, Crocker Park, has this cute little pizza stand that sells the most delicious form of pizza -- the pizza puff! The stand is called Casa Vella and you can buy 2 puffs and a cup of sauce or a drink for $5. Not bad, but Jas and I decided to try this at home. Introducing our very own Pizza Puff:

With these simple ingredients, we created an awesome dinner!

Pepperoni Pizza Puffs:

1 pkg Pillsbury Crescent Rolls (we used Big & Flaky)
1 block Mozzarella cheese (or buy shredded)
1 jar pizza sauce (gave Del Grosso Deluxe Sauce a try)
1 pkg Hormel pepperonis (delicious! sub for Turkey if you'd like)

1. Shred the cheese while the oven preheats, the crescent rolls package indicates.
2. Unroll and separate each crescent roll onto a pan or cutting board (they'll become sticky as they thaw.)
3. Lay shredded cheese on each roll and layer peps on top. You can also sprinkle cheese on top for extra flavor!
4. Bake as Pillsbury package indicates.
5. Heat sauce for dipping, and that's it!

In under 30 minutes, you have delicious pizza puffs! Add your own flair by spicing up sauce or adding your own toppings. It can be an easy meal or a snack! Hope you enjoyed this recipe and please let me know how it turns out for ya!

Until we meet again,
Jess ♥
